Skyward Tower Very Hard mode features randomized floors and conditions with varying boss encounters. Floor and condition are random (choose between 3-4 sets for every player). Floors 5, 10, and 15 have randomized positions featuring Demiurge Stella, Demiurge Drakhan, and Demiurge Vlada. Floor 20 can alternate between 2 sets of bosses.
Valentine
Conditions :
Max speed Tamara to Silence Valentine and then increase the CD.
Using Astei or Drakhan can assist if survival's an issue with the critical hit chance debuff.
Rhona
No crit builds unless you can endure the passive and brute force it.
Unhealable is your friend.
Conditions :
G.Beth's Eternal Bleeding's damage is not affected by Rhona's passive.
Mero
Just focus Mero.
Conditions :
Naru Kang
Buff steal is the key here.
Conditions :
Tamamo-no-Mae
Silence or Exctinction Kuro in order to prevent her from reviving.
Conditions :
Pesketh
One of the best ways to counter it is to utilize counterattack to accumulate chain points faster.
Another way to counter it is by using Ember with enough effectiveness to inflict Burn.
Delta can go in tandem with Cindy, Dianne and/or Fran(EE+10).

Either brute force or control since she lack of immunity towards any stun.

High survivability units is recommended.
Counterattacking units are very useful here.

Control and focus the core to prevent S.Regina to play. Both priority reductions and stun.
